My recent stay at Eden Resort exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment we were contacted by the staff before our arrival to inquire about any assistance we might need, to the exceptional receptionist who kindly accommodated us with an early check-in and provided valuable insights on local attractions, every interaction was nothing short of outstanding. The spacious room we were allocated boasted a magnificent view of the valley, offering a breathtaking backdrop during our entire stay. The fully equipped kitchen, though we didn't utilize it much, was a reassuring feature, along with the convenience of two toilets and soundproofed rooms ensuring a peaceful retreat. The proximity to the cable car for easy access to the slopes further enhanced our experience, making our second visit even more memorable. The impeccable cleanliness, attentive staff, and prime location near essential amenities like Coop truly set Eden Resort apart as a top-tier accommodation in the heart of breathtaking Zermatt. Highly recommend for an unforgettable Alpine escape.
